You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open an account and use honda4's services. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to be in violation will be closed immediately with all funds forfeited.
honda4 supports bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, plus e-wallets OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All financial transactions are subject to verification. Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000; withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. honda4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in account termination.
Each player may hold only one account on honda4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your legal responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.
honda4's liability to any user is limited to the net balance held in that user's account at the time a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of earnings, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
All disputes should be reported to our 24/7 support team in the first instance. honda4 aims to resolve complaints within 72 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to our designated independent arbitration body under the governing jurisdiction.
Important Notice: This Terms & Conditions agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the honda4 platform, including the website at https://honda4.cam, all associated mobile interfaces, and any services offered therein. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the honda4 platform.

honda4's Services are operated for and marketed to residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local laws or regulations. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an Account on honda4:
Each individual may maintain only one Account on honda4. Operating multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances. honda4 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-method matching to detect duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. honda4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. honda4 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact honda4 support immediately.
honda4 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued national ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license — at any point during the account lifecycle, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until compliance is achieved.

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). honda4 does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time. honda4 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable prior notice.
The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within five minutes of confirmed bank receipt. honda4 is not liable for delays caused by the processing times of third-party banking institutions.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed by honda4 within 15 minutes to 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status and internal fraud screening. honda4 will only remit withdrawals to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the honda4 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:
An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. honda4 reserves the right to deduct a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Users will be notified via email before dormancy fees commence.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by honda4 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered at least 10 times (10x rollover) on qualifying markets before they become withdrawable. Bets placed on certain markets — including but not limited to void bets, cashed-out bets, and bets on both sides of the same market — do not count toward rollover requirements.
honda4 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing bets on both outcomes of a market to fulfill rollover with minimal risk (arbitrage), using automated betting software, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and permanent banning.

All bonuses carry an expiry date stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been released by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. honda4 is not obligated to issue reminders before bonus expiry, though we aim to provide email notifications where possible.
All bets placed on honda4 are subject to acceptance by the platform. honda4 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after the official start time of an event, where there is a manifest error in the published odds, or where market integrity concerns have been identified.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were published due to a manifest error — including technical faults, human input errors, or data-feed failures — honda4 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the respective Accounts. A "manifest error" is defined as an odds price that a reasonable person would recognize as clearly incorrect.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets on honda4 require a minimum of two selections. If one selection in a mix parlay is void, that leg is removed and the parlay continues with the remaining selections at adjusted combined odds. honda4's mix parlay rules follow standard Asian bookmaker conventions; full rules are available in the Help section of the platform.
Togel results are determined by reference to the official results published by the respective draw operators for Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau markets. honda4 does not control or influence draw outcomes. In the event of a disputed result, the officially published result from the relevant draw authority is final and binding.
honda4 applies a maximum single-bet payout of Rp 500.000.000 per event across all sports and games, unless otherwise specified for a particular market or promotion. Parlay payouts are calculated on the combined odds of all selections, subject to the same maximum payout ceiling.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the honda4 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, honda4's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the net real-money balance held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.
honda4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the honda4 platform, even if honda4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Note: Gambling involves risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. honda4 strongly advises users to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings.
honda4 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

honda4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Your continued use of the honda4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which honda4 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between you and honda4 regarding the Services, you agree to first contact our support team and allow a minimum of 72 hours for an internal resolution attempt. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction. The outcome of arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties.
All formal communications, legal notices, and dispute proceedings relating to this Agreement shall be conducted in English. honda4 provides Indonesian-language customer support as a service convenience; however, the English version of this Agreement shall prevail in all legal contexts.
